Checked in and there was a hotel worker very obviously just hanging out in our room when we arrived. He was surprised to see us and tried to play it off as if he had been sent there to do something for us. He left behind his coffee that he had been drinking in the bathroom.

The property is looks nice but our sink drain was broken and we had to flush the toilet twice for it yo work every other time. In addition, when we arrived we were the only one on line and instead of them assisting me, they continued to work on their issue. The other person who was there who finished with another person, left instead of helping as well. That to me us poor customer service.

First off, everyone that works here is very friendly and professional. Both the actuvities director and the lady who ran the event we attended were pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance crew were great, as well. However, the loss of stars comes from the state of the room, which was run-down, with several broken or damaged items. The toilet paper roll kept falling off the wall, the sink and dishwasher were clogged, the pull-out couch bed was misshapen and leaned dangerously to one side, and the shower temperature handle dramatically flew off while showering at one point. The room was clean, however. And the views were amazing. We most likely will choose a different hotel next time but we never felt unsafe or unwelcome. The owners need to do some upkeep to get repeat customers!

The rooms were spacious and full kitchens were included. Staff went out of their way to accomodate our need for adjoining rooms and upgraded our room in order to do it. It was a great value and we plan to return.

Yet another overpriced dated dump leaching the "Sedona thing". Spent 2 hours airing the room out Best we could upon arrival.. smelled like someone dumped a case of febreze in the carpet. Eye burning levels of bad. Front desk not concerned. Definitely got the "you booked through Expedia room" Loud road and parking lot noises through the cheap glass door. Drafts from every angle, especially the 3/4" gap under the entry door. Can hear neighbors clearly through adjoining door. I'm 6' and my feet hung over the bed. No sleep, would not return. Oh, had to unplug the fridge.. sounded like the back room of a bowling alley.

The room is a suit with a private entry, full kitchen and big bathroom. It has a little porch with chairs and table. But the hot water in the shower was not installed properly so there was very little hot water and very low pressure.
