We don’t get the room with the view we booked. Service was horrible, we had a blocked toilet in the kids room, asked for help and plunger room didn’t have one. They didn’t come to us until 5 hours later.

The room was clean, there were some random missing and broken tiles in the bathroom, but other then that it was great. The tv service also isnt the best. It keeps freezing and lagging badly. But the staff is excellent. I would ask to stay away from the main road at building 17 next time. As sleeping was kind of hard because you can hear the highway thats right outside the door all night. But again it was very nice!
