It’s located just around the corner from a dune crossover to the beach and near both pools and the Great Lawn.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING The main, second-floor living is the crowning jewel of this open-concept floor plan, with punches of color that play off the crisp white color scheme that reflects the coastal surroundings. A meticulously design accommodates your whole group with an easy flow, while windows in soaring walls and towering ceiling flood the space with natural light. Relax in the living area and enjoy the gorgeous kitchen, which features large butler’s pantry and farmhouse-style dining for your entire family. Step out to enjoy the Gulf breeze and glimpses of Gulf waters while eating a meal at the outdoor dining table that seats 10 and gas grill for great cookouts!
A media room on the first floor provides an alternative place for couples and kids to hang out.

SLEEPING QUARTERS Choose from two, king bedrooms, including a second-floor luxurious primary suite with a bathroom that has double sinks and shower, along with its own deck with sitting area. Two other king bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a private bath and another that shares a bathroom with a bunk room has four, built-in bunk beds and a desk that the kids will be sure to enjoy!
The third-floor, twin bedroom area is an ideal area for the kids to gather after a long day at the beach, with a game table that, amazing view, and a private bath.

GREAT FEATURES: The front porch swing beckons on the welcoming front porch, while rockers stretch along the front balcony. Two washer-and-dryer sets offer convenience. Plus, by staying here you’ll enjoy all the resort amenities of Cinnamon Shore, including the pools, fitness center, lovely meals at nearby Lisabella’s Bistro, casual fare at Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria, and family-friendly activities during peak season and on holiday weekends. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Southern Charm is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Southern Charm the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Family getaway
Great accommodations, great location to everything. Helpful that golf carts are delivered and picked up seamlessly. Great overall time. We were a big family. Wish there were a few extra garbage bags. We didn’t think to bring any.

Summer Perfection at Southern Charm
This property was the perfect location for our family of 13. The house was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated without being over the top. We were close to the beach so walking wasn’t an issue if the golf carts weren’t available. The rental staff took care of the two issues we had in a reasonable amount of time so no one was inconvenienced! It was clear that the owner wants everyone who stays at the house to have a good time. I would certainly rent this house again and recommend it to anyone who needs accommodations for a large family!
