from the beginning trying to find correct un-addressed building, poorly identified underground parking location, elevators out (for months we've been told), no parking pass, no window blind-in only window, poorly lit bathroom, run down buildings, but great location.............

Very dated — in need of repair and upkeep
We arrived and I texted to grab the car pass to the property group—took them over an hour to respond. We get into the room to a horrible stench, food was left in the barely working fridge. My husband took it and the trash that wasn’t emptied out. We tried the TV—didn’t work and remote batteries dead. The charger for phones, extremely finicky. The beds (3) all wobbled with the slightest touch and the comforters had stains on them. The carpet was similarly stained. Overall, the location was amazing. The property is gouging customers due to lack of available rental options around and that’s clear given the state of the place. My hope is that Copper introduces more options forcing these condos to provide bare minimum cleanliness and working devices.
