Office nook w/ large desk, monitor, keyboard w/tray, mouse, hardwire capability, and view! | Unit includes an outdoor Ski Closet on front porch, private in-unit laundry, WIFI, and 3 large flat screen TV's- one in the sunken LR, and Smart TV's in Both Bedrooms. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-74099 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great location and space
It’s was a short walk to the super bee lift and a shuttle stop. The condo is spacious. Kitchen had everything and was open to the living area. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are big and well appointed. Living space has plenty of seating and I used my Netflix on the tv. Garage parking is great. We only had one car but we could have fit two more in the driveway and on the street. We are a family of six and stayed there comfortably. Oh and there was lots of space for our ski gear.

Amazing unit for Winter Vacation
Great location, short 3 minutes walk to Super Bee lift. The townhouse would easily accommdate 5 grown up without feeling crowded. We cooked all of our meals, and the kitchen was amazingly stocked with all the cooking needs. We love to lounge and relax around the firepplace after finished a hard day on the snow. Management team is wonderful in communications to make sure smooth check-in and out of the unit. This is a great rental unit with great location, good managementt supports, and clean.

Great place to stay, clean comfortable, lots of room, short walk to the East village, what's not to like. Yeah, there are 4 single beds but we knew that. Everybody had their own bed, again what's not to like

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay but for summer months the windows need screens. There is only one window in the condo that has a screen. And yes the mountains have mosquitoes and flies (lots of them).

Lovely getaway
Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and the contactless check in process worked smoothly. The front office was very responsive to several questions we had during our stay. The back patio was lovely place with meals and morning coffee with view of the pond and mountains. The condo is a great jumping off point for activities in the area with easy access to bike trails to Vail Pass and Dillion and mountain biking trails.

House was very clean and up to date, check in was very helpful, friendly and easy.
Very great property to stay, we will be staying in there again when we come back to vacation, everything is in walking distance and the community and workers were very helpful and friendly. I recommend to rent equipment through Christy’s and try out the great restaurant and bar JJ’s.. All in all I give this place a 10.. Thanks for all the support..
