La Fontanilla Apartment

The apartment is located in the Mirador de la Fontanilla urbanization. Located in La Atalaya, in one of the best areas of Conil de la Frontera, just 500 meters from the beach of La Fontanilla, where spacious villas with great architectural taste predominate. In addition, the historic center is located less than 5 minutes walk.

In 300 meters around it has commercial areas (bars, restaurants, hamburgers, shops, ...) as well as large supermarkets (Mercadona, Día, SuperConil, ...).

The urbanization has a communal pool, as well as very pleasant landscaped common areas for family walks. Although in the residential environment there are large spaces for parking, the urbanization is provided with a totally free private parking for tenants. There is communal wifi in the common areas of the urbanization (pool, park, ...).

The house is very spacious and bright, is fully equipped and has functional and modern furniture. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning and heating.

The apartment has the following rooms:

- Entrance yard.

- Private main terrace: It has more than 25 square meters of artificial grass, and many others with terrazzo floor to arrange the garden table and sun loungers. It is equipped with two awnings that cover the terrazzo area.

- Kitchen: It has all the necessary appliances, as well as utensils, cutlery and crockery for 4 people. It has a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,...

- Dining room: it is separated from the kitchen by an American bar, very useful for breakfast or snacks. It communicates directly to the private garden, very bright throughout the day. Furnished with a sofa, two light armchairs, a table and four chairs, as well as all the necessary furniture for full enjoyment. It has a 40 inch flat screen TV (LED).

- Bathroom: It has a bath, shower and toilet. Towels are included in the rent.

- Master bedroom: It has a bed of 1.50 meters wide. In addition to two bedside tables it has a large built-in wardrobe of more than 2 meters wide. It has direct access to the private garden. The bed linen is included in the rent.

- Children bedroom: It has 2 beds of 90 cm. Wide. It also has an additional wardrobe of more than 1.5 meters wide (approx.). If requested by the client, an additional cot can be included. Bed linen is included in the rent.

A fantastic apartment near Conil
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 5&8) in Pedro's apartment when we arrived in Spain. The apartment is situated on quiet residential complex, which means there was never an issue using the pool, or any noise late in the evening (from entertainment etc.). The terrace with table, chairs, sun longers and sun shades was perfect at any time of day, in the morning for breakfast, in the evening for a drink, or in the day for a relaxing time. There are also shutters on the doors and windows, which are great for keeping out the light (blackout) and ensuring the apartment stays cool even in the daytim Has everything you need for a pleasant stay, with both a Mercadona & Dia supermarket a 10 minute walk. The beach (Los Batales) is just a 10 minute walk down hill, past a lovely park and cafe, and La Fontanilla is around a 20 minutes away, but it is worth the walk! Conil itself is around a 15 minute walk to the main street to fantastic shops, bars and restaurants! Our personal favourites were Feduchy Playa (for a breathtaking sunset - be sure to book the Poniente terrace outside for the best views) and the multiple Heladaria's in town, all with plenty of flavours to keep the kids happy! Also, Canela y Miel serves fantastic pastry & coffee at excellent prices, if you fancy treating yourself for a quick breakfast on the go! We would definitely recommend this apartment, and will consider booking again with Pedro, if we are back in Conil De La Frontera again soon!

Fantastic Stay
Lovely, modern and well equipped apartment. The owner even left a gift of wine, oil and soaps for us. The children loved the pool area and there was a large underground garage. Will book again if I return to Conil de la Frontera.

Beautiful apartment for a perfect stay
We had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was as described and very clean - thanks to Ana for the friendly welcome! The location is quiet but within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets and the centre of Conil. Would definitely recommend!

Goede locatie op loopafstand van het strand alle voorzieningen in de buurt. Niet geschikt voor mindervalide. Wij waren er begin Mei veel restaurants waren nog gesloten omgeving daardoor ook heel rustig. Het enige wat wij miste in het appartement was een waterkoker verder was alles prima.

Schöne Tage in Conil
Wir hatten schöne Tage in der FeWo. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und auch die Nähe zum Strand waren für uns in Ordnung. Für den Zugang zur Anlage gab es leider nur einen Schlüssel.

Vacaciones sin coche
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. La playa está a 10 minutos andando, el centro de Conil a otros 10-15 minutillos. El súper está literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina. Y además tiene cochera para que no se te achicharre el coche. Si no quieres, no tienes por qué cogerlo durante toda tu estancia. En la playa de la Fontanilla no había practicamente nadie, y hemos podido disfrutar tanto de la playa como de los chiringuitos y restaurantes sin problemas de aglomeraciones. Recomendable 100%.

Totalmente correcto
Buen alojamiento, que responde perfectamente a lo que se anuncia. Distancia a la playa más cercana: aproximadamente 900 metros (la Fontanilla). Equipamiento correcto, completo y en muy buen estado, seminuevo. Wifi, parking, etc... muy bien. El trato con Pedro, el propietario y con Sandra, quien nos atendió, perfecto. Una buena estancia en un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

El piso es muy cómodo y acogedor y la terraza muy grande, los niños han disfrutado un montón jugando en ella. La piscina no estaba abierta en esta época.
