Well, it started with the door to the room. My girlfriend and I are bodybuilders and we couldn’t get the door to the room open. Apparently you needed to really put your shoulder into it. A staff associate nearby taught us the trick. Once inside it was a typical room, once you started to use things not so typical. The shower had pubes and was not cleaned from apparently the last bodybuilders who shaved pre show. In addition to the pubes in the shower the towels also contained hairs, not ours. The soap in the shower was also bodybuilder proof as it took all of our strength to open. The previous guests were also obviously super strong because the toilet paper holder no longer existed on the wall just remnants of where it used to be. The shower curtain appeared as if it was two toned but upon a closer look it was just dirt. However, all the room was really needed for was the bed, which seemed suitable until the blanket was removed and cigarette burn marks were discovered on the sheets, which was shocking because it was a non-smoking room. Lastly, if you have a lot of trash, please bring your own can because the one mini can that existed in the entire hotel was over hidden by the door. No trash cans for the bathroom area whatsoever. On the plus side, the refrigerator serves its purpose well and was able to adequately house all of the bodybuilder road trip essentials. Overall, the hotel served its purpose as we had a place to sleep and store food for the night.

Outside looks nice but room was filthy. No trash can. Some lamps didn’t work. Towels sitting on a chair. Used soaps in tub full of hair. Tub drain backed up. Door didn’t close and latch good. Old ratty dirty bedspread. Luckily was just one night so I could sleep in clothes and get a good shower at next destination. Surprised Baymont has their name on this place.

BEWARE! Nothing like the pictures portray. We had a room on the 3rd floor that I would rate 5/10 in cleanliness. The mattress was put on the bed on the wrong side, and I had to flip it. The mattress cover was filthy but thank God the sheets were clean. Toothpaste on the sink from previous guests. We went up the back stairs closest to our room and there was a broken tequila bottle and nails and screws laying all over stairs and landing. When we reached the 3rd floor, we realized the keypad to get into hotel had been removed and there were just raw wires sticking out of the building. We went back down, all the way around hotel, found the elevator, walked all the way to the other end where I had originally been only to discover they didn't activate my key card. Had to go all the way back down to ground floor and wait in line again. Finally made it to our room where they had the shade up and the air off. the room was 87 degrees. It appeared the hotel also offers rooms by the hour and/or to drug addicts. I was approached twice asking about food delivery. There were women walking around hotel in see through robes wearing just bra and panties. The hallways and elevator reeked of marijuana. On Saturday evening we went out to find the police on the second floor investigating a discharged firearm call. I believe it was a domestic dispute. I can't believe Wyndham has put their name on this hellhole. Not a safe place to stay!

Hotel put sheets with blood on my bed, the water was always cold for the shower, the floor was so dirty in the room, the key cards broke every day at least once. When i told management about the issues, they offered to let me cancel my second night at the hotel (at 10.30pm, so couldnt find other hotels) and was extremely unhelpful/unwilling to help. Do not stay!

Ample parking in the property. Cleanliness was sub-par. Saw roaches running around the room. Also, the place was very noisy at night due to lots of noise from the people in the next room and I had trouble sleeping. My key kept getting de-activated and I had to go to the front desk a couple of times to get it re-activated.

So first of all those Hotel agents put us in the back of the hotel on the second floor where it looks like the migrants and the residents live but it was overlooking a pool but a non-functioning empty pool one of the so-called great amenities that this hotel had to offer as we open the door to the room and turn the lights on WE surprised the roaches who in turn surprised us having no other recourse we were forced to leave but we did Shake our shoes before we did the place was horrible, the crackheads and migrants walking around all over the place looking at you and giving you the stink eye a terrible experience don't go there I don't care how much they charge.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some of the other guests seemed a bit concerning. It made the overall atmosphere feel less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can address this aspect to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.

First room air didn't work. Was moved next door and there were roaches in the mini fridge and in the bathroom. There were no towel, toilet paper, or trash cans in the room. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Left after one night.

I was excited for my stay at this hotel, great price and advertised a pool... Read Further... I arrived at the property, ready to enjoy an evening of relaxing after a long trip. As the staff was checking me in, I noticed the pool covered. I'm tired of hotels advertising Pools/hot tubs and when you get there, they are not in service. There should be a way to say - certain amenities are unavailable when making the booking as I would have looked elsewhere. Secondly, This was probably the first time I have questioned my safety and security at a hotel. 9:30 at night, I'm relaxing watching TV.. not a knock, but a banging on my door... I got up, and asked who was it.. there was someone claiming to be maintenance man wanting to fix and issue I personally did not report. (Red flag) I noticed papers were shoved into the peep hole, so you can't see out nor in. I stayed away from the door and my shouted response was you are not coming in here tonight. He at that point had left. I looked down , on the floor is the cord disconnected from the phone On high alert already as I am traveling alone, I placed some my heavy bags against the door. Cleanliness - they missed a older hand towel at the top of the shower curtain. I did pull the blankets and sheets to make sure they were fresh. The good things I will say - The bed was comfortable, elevator worked, spacious
