The front desk clerk Dane was amazing! He made us feel more than guests in his home than hotel desks. He made sure we were taken care off, went above and beyond to ensure my ice packs stayed frozen and checked on us once we saw the room!

I love this hotel! The staff are all professional and friendly. Breakfast options are delicious. They have a laundry facility on site for convenience and it’s located close to dining and shopping options. I will be staying here again in the future.

Great stay, very nice staff. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, can they please have a separate container dedicated to hot water. I am really tired of coffee water for my tea or hot chocolate. Need more-or bigger-trash and recycle containers in the room. Most hotels use the same container and it really is annoying to tea drinkers. Other than that, it was s great stay.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views!
This is a beautiful property and we had gorgeous views of Pikes Peak from our room. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that we were on the 4th floor and our water pressure in the shower was not great. But we made it work. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great stay. Very new and clean. Service great. The only negative was the gymnastics team that was warming up in the room above us. Had to call a couple of times.

It was clean and nice, I didn't like all the soap and shampoo dispenser hanging on the wall. loved the roll curtains, there were 2, one that people can't look inside but you can still see the outside, there were also the rollcurtains to make the room complete dark, garbage cans were way too small. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. But there was something in the hotel that my eyes got very watery during my stay, never have that before, a day after I left it was gone, so much be something chemically that I had a reaction too.
