Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels offers 316 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and complimentary bottled water. Rooms open to balconies or patios. We only stayed here one night, pretty quick stay to just get some rest before hitting the road,I What a beautiful resort! I wish we could have had more time to enjoy and especially go to the pool - We could see the pool from our balcony and it was beautiful! The receptionist was very nice, It was a little tricky to find our room at first, but that’s going to happen because the property is so big! The balcony/patio was very nice, we sat out there in the morning to enjoy coffee — There was an apple tree in our “Backyard” and we saw the cutest cottontail bunny, eating a fallen green apple, it was really adorable and such a great memory.

Good location. Room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We had a few issues with the staff while we were there, but nothing that ruined our stay. Seemed like they were short handed and had poor communication. Great place for kids of all ages.

Property seemed under staffed - no bellman, wait for front desk support, housekeeper didn’t show up until 6p so missed service. All lodges have stairs with no elevator, which is not communicated at check in - struggled to get my bags in.

Beautiful property with an amazing view!! Pools and country club are wonderful. We have been coming here for over 20 years. Sadly, front desk staff and coffee shop staff were not super friendly, except for upon check out. The resort could also really use a room upgrade, especially the air conditioners (which turn on and off loudly and constantly) and the bathrooms. We would love to keep coming back but hope to some improvements in the future.

Enjoyed the mountain lodge feeling. The grounds and lake were beautiful for walking. The Pool and hot tub were great. Close to lots of hiking.
