Villa located in Coín, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This spectacular holiday home stars modern furniture and ancient finishing touches that merge one into the other to provide the guests with an atmosphere they won’t be able to find anywhere else. The villa features four spacious bedrooms, three of them are provided with one double bed and there is also a room with two single beds. The bedroom with two twin beds is located in an anexe in the pool area, and it's provided with a private bathroom with a shower, thus guaranteeing full privacy for the guests that choose to stay in this room. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, who will be able to enjoy their holidays in the most relaxing and comfortable way.
The high ceilings and comfortable beds in all the bedrooms ensure you have the most relaxing nights of sleep ever. And after that, imagine waking up to olive yards that extend as far as the eye can see, knowing that you are in one extraordinary place to spend your well-deserved holidays. Your day will start with a generous breakfast, which you can prepare in the completely equipped independent kitchen. You can choose to enjoy the first meal of the day either as you watch TV or relish the spectacular views and the refreshing breeze on the terrace; either way, you'll have breakfast as never before.
Once you've done, go back inside and relax in the huge dining-living room, whose wooden ceilings, modern furniture and wide windows will make you wonder how you can leave this holiday villa again. Moreover, if you choose to spend your Christmas holidays here, you'll be happy to know that you can do so in front of a modern fireplace, which will warm up the atmosphere for the joy of the whole family. The equipment of the house also comprises three bathrooms, two with a shower (one of which is an ensuite) and one with a bathtub. The villa is provided with warm/cool air-con, which is included in the price.
The outdoor area is as staggering as the indoor. It features an enormous private pool on the patio; you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or swim, always with an eye on the horizon, where the shape of the mountains slowly fades away. The pool can slightly be seen from the path that flanks the villa, 300 metres far, whereas the barbeque area is entirely away from prying eyes. The latter is part of a covered outdoor kitchen with an outdoor dining area, a hot plate made of glass ceramics and a wood oven. Another small patio and a garden complete the charm of this astonishing villa.
The access to the house is made possible by a completely paved lane.
The owner of the villa does not allow check-outs between midnight and 6 am. The owner only accepts families.
