It would be easier to list the things that weren't wrong with this location. Both rooms they showed us were disgusting and had blood on the carpet and mattresses. the bathtub was full of mud and the second room's tub was disintegrating and moldy. The hallways are dimly lit, the carpet is shredded and stained with blood, and reeks of black mold. The parking lot was genuinely dangerous. There was a homeless man wandering the premises of the lot and there was no lighting other than the hotel entrances. When we returned to the lobby, the general manager was rude, told us we were overreacting, and refused a refund. It was genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel.

You get what you pay for. Maybe it was a bonus having old pizza left in the fridge from who knows who. Or the large ball of hair still in the shower drain. All in all it was a less expensive place to stay the night and we didnt get bugs lol.

I will never stay at this hotel again !!!! Upon arrival the bathroom was terribly filthy. The shower curtain was DISGUSTING ! There was a dirty ring inside the toilet. Look like blood splatter on bathroom wall, carpet was crumby like no one vacuumed and the refrigerator was not clean either. The staff were rude to me when I asked questions. I had a terrible experience with this establishment and I will be calling the corporate office !

Room smelled like pot no matter how long we ran the fan on the A/C unit. Carpet was sticky in the room. The window curtains had large yellow stains on them and the shower was absolutely disgusting. I moved furniture in front of the connecting doors to the next room. Front desk lady was either her first day or tripping on something. Erratic behavior and unable to focus on simple tasks like reading the address on my driver’s license.

The location and staff are great. This hotel is very rundown and I’m pretty sure the bed was broken the toilet was in need of repair and the bathroom was not that clean It worked for my short stay but I definitely would think twice before staying here again

Could have upgraded by going to Hotel 6
The room was clean regarding the bed, sheets and pillows. The hallway, parking, were not good. I felt we could have upgraded by going to Hotel 6, or Red Roof. Elevators, carpet in the hallways not good. Mold in the bathtub area, unsafe, TV was not good. Staff was fine, cleaning service was a the bright point of the entire stay. She was thoughtful, kind and good at making the room as good as possible.

Very bad experience. The front desk lady was so rude when checked in for no reason. They made a physical copy of my credit card without asking me after charging it on the machine. I asked and they said call the management on Monday.

What a weird place. You can tell this place was once nice with a conference area and restaurant, but not anymore. Very large front desk area, and then you have to pull around back to access your room. You’re greeted at the entrance by overflowing trash cans and a well worn stairwell. Breakfast for the one single day I got one out of three days I was there was a juice box, a little Debbie Cinnabon, power bar and a banana. The floors trash is stored were the soda machine was once next to the ice machine. The night front desk guy just chills as he talks to you with his feet on the desk and cell phone in hand.
