The reception staff were very nice and they let us check-in sooner. They also offered us wine vouchers, which was very nice. However, the restaurant refused to let us get our glass of wine despite having many free tables. We could only get it with dining. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the daily room service only made the bed and emptied the trash can without changing the sheets or cleaning the bathroom. Overall, we had a great stay and recommend this hotel.

Great location but close to the L means noise (and from the nightclub above). Concierge/Reception staff brilliant. Not eco-friendly - towels (and sheets) changed everyday despite hanging them up, housekeeping left a bag and cleaning gloves from day 2 to the end of our stay. Restaurant staff varied from brilliant to someone who lost our reservation which we’d made by walking in and seeing her enter it onto the tablet. Overall, hit and miss.

The hotel has a convenient location for the theater area and River North. The only downside was the noise from the L-tracks that are located next to the hotel. It’s not intolerable but a little noisy during the night

Room was set up oddly walking into what was ultimately the bathroom. Fridge was too small to store desserts from the onsite restaurant. Club bumping from arrival til early hours of the morning was disturbing trying to sleep. That said, overall it was nice and would consider staying again albiet, quite pricey from room to dining and parking.
