We felt that our stay was okay. I'll start with the bad. The lobby was very nice, bright and modern however, the rest of the hotel and rooms are very dated. There's a stark difference between the lobby and everything else. Besides that, my husband had to do some work upon entering our room at 12a. It was hot and turns out the air conditioning was turned off (we're used to entering hotel rooms with cool air)..but seems it may have been broken because it would be blowing out warm air even while saying it was set to 65 degrees. Then the refrigerator was turned off as well so my husband had to fiddle with that as well. We didn't report these things due to how late in the night it was, we were tired and also we were just staying two nights so we didn't feel like ruining our anniversary trip with these inconveniences. So I wouldn't know what their response time would've been to fixing these problems. The shower is tight, carpet needs a deep cleaning and the coffee maker was dirty. The good? The staff was extremely nice! Everyone we interacted with was a joy to work with. The views were decent for us to be on the 5th floor especially in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and despite the carpet and dirty coffee maker the room was clean. Room service was expensive but quick nonetheless. Loved the 24hour snack area in the lobby. So would we stay again? No, but it wasn't the worst experience ever just not the hotel for us.

Our experience was amazing. Checkin was not until 3 . Arrived at 10.30 and front desk gave us an upgraded room at 10.30 for an extremely minimal fee. Excellent service and GREAT location!
