My stay was really great. From start to finish, the staff was awesome. There was a happy hour shortly after arrival and free breakfast. The room was comfortable, some of the living room furniture could use an update, but other than that, great location.

Nice hotel and area. Close to shopping like Target, Aldi, and some other shops and restaurants. Staff wasn’t very friendly the first day which was disappointing but that first day was my only bad experience. We didn’t get housekeeping which was disappointing, I guess you have to request it. I wish that would have been made clear.

The room we stayed in is showing its age. Although clean, there were stains on the couch. The decor looks 15 to 20 years old. Could use an updating. The mattress sagged in the middle.

Property needs to be kept up a little better. My feet were filthy from walking around in my room. They need to do better at cleaning their carpets on a regular basis. There were also spiders and webs everywhere. For a hotel, they need to spray for bugs as well. I wish they had more options for air down restaurants close by. After a day in Chicago, it was nice to have a low key, quiet place to relax.

Our experience was top notch. We had to modify our stay and they were great about it. The suite was more than i expected it to be. The room was very clean and free of smells, stains, ect. The variety of breakfast options were also a plus. Outside was quite and peaceful.
