It was easy to find and very easy to get to and from for my grandlove's football games this weekend. There was also a strip mall near where we could grab some Pho @ PhoLime and dumplings for my son who wasnt feeling well. For the kids we ordered Dominos pizzas and other things and i think they were here in less than half an hour right to the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely try this or another of their hotels again.

The customer service was great, The rooms were average. They need a deep cleaning and new paint job. Breakfast was nice. A lot of options for the entire family. Would stay again.

We asked twice for a lamp replacement because it was broken, the plug had a prong broken off in the outlet. No lamp replacement was ever done. Room 418. Our fridge barely got cold only if you had items on the top shelf they were mildly chilled. The beds were comfy, pillows were awfully flat. The hvac unit was very noisy when on. The elevator floors and general lobby floors were dirty. I the hotel is located in a great location. Had some road noise. Breakfast was just ok, eggs were a thumbs down.

Devon, who checked us in was excellent. So very helpful. Kimberleee in the morning who checked this out was excellent. Heather the manager who over saw breakfast was fantastic. It was the very best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. They had excellent spinach quiche, Lorraine, English muffin with cheese and egg, waffles, juice, an oatmeal bar and more. We would highly recommend this place to stay at if you’re flying out of O’Hara or picking somebody up. Thanks for a great stay! Micky and fam

I arrived and thought this will be great room was cleaned but bathroom was not. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. TV had no remote no way to turn it off. Called front desk they give me a remote that does not work. Finally day 2 of stay with TV that won’t go off some one finally comes up to try to fix it but can’t. States they would compensate on bill but they didn’t. Kids running up and down the halls playing knock on the door and run just really loud facility. I expected more and was let down
