Terrible service, beware!
Did you know this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping service unless requested? This is not laid out when booking and not even when checking in. Room was booked for 4, towels and bedding provided only for 2. Request for more bedding was not met until night 3. When calling with these requests, front desk just hung up the phone mid-call. Hotel very basic and service terrible. Completely overpriced for what it is. Would stay at any other hotel before returning here.

Perfect Location
Perfect hotel with two rooms and two bathrooms. Loved the bottled water available on each floor and the complimentary esspresso bar. Perfect location on the river and close to everything.

Loved the property. We did valet parking because it was too cold and it was expensive. It’s actually the sonesta hotel that offers parking not them. Also the furniture handles have sharp corner and are not safe for babies. Other than that this place was perfect.

Great stay
Hotel was very nice and located close to so many things to do. Room was clean and bed was comfy! They have free coffee on the 2nd floor which is a great thing. I have stayed here more than once and would stay again.

I like the hotel and the area , make sure take the river view room it’s worth it. Room was clean, staff were friendly. We arrived 5:30 and all the rooms were sold out and we were sleeping in the second floor because the rooms suppose to be ready at 12-3 pm. The check in staff told us we need to wait until that time. Once they saw we were sleeping on the couch for 3-4 hours they told us it’s fine we will give you the room at 11. At least one of the staff were friendly and kind to give us the room . Overall hotel was good , but don’t wait to be clean the room every day . You need to tell front Desck that you want the room to be clean. Ask them they will clean. I love how they setup coffee area in second floor complementary. Since the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a restaurant next to the hotel which is perfect for breakfast and lunch
