liked the location did not like the no pool/hot tub did not like the poor communication about parking. I apparently did not get the "voucher" to get the parking discount so I was charged double ($120). ONce I paid- nothing they could do to help me. NOT HAPPY. most ppl coming there do not live in big cities and do not understand parking garages.

Check-in was quick, the room was clean but the bathroom floor was not mopped & it didn't have extra toilet paper rolls. We are a family of 3, stayed for 7 nights (From a Tuesday to a Tuesday), during those 7 nights our room was only cleaned once! On our second night, I asked a lady who was cleaning our floor when our room will be cleaned she said "Friday or Saturday". I asked the front desk for clean towels on Friday morning, they said our room will be cleaned on that day. When we came back the room was not cleaned, we didn't have clean towels and ran out of toilet paper. So we called front desk, they were surprised that our room was not cleaned & connected with housekeeping who claimed that "do not disturb sign" was at the door. We never leave that sign since we are always out of the room by 8am. I asked front desk for clean towels & a toilet paper roll. On Saturday morning, I called front desk to make sure the room was going to get cleaned, at this point we were out of everything. The room got cleaned on Saturday, but they didn't replace the empty tissue box. On Monday morning, I called front desk to ask for clean towels & was told that our room was going to get cleaned that day. In the evening upon our arrival, the room was not cleaned so called front desk who were confused with the cleaning schedule, I asked for clean towels, cups, & a toilet paper roll. I can't believe staying in a hotel room for 7 nights & it gets cleaned only once & had to go through this hassle

Good: Location, Good Price, Generally Clean and room was fine. Bad: Stayed 5 nights, requested only one bed change and towels on the second last night and the Hotel staff said they were too busy to do it that day. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy every morning, and the healthy options (boiled eggs, apples and banana) were scarcely available. Eventually just skipped the breakfast all together. In the end I would stay here again for the low price ($66 per night), however with a bit more effort the stay could have been much more pleasant and enjoyable. Overall a bit disappointing.

Only complaint I have about the property is the breakfast. Our visit was between Christmas and new year so was exceptionally busy and there wasn’t enough seating for the number of guests. The food wasn’t restocked when it ran out so quite often they would run out of basics like milk and bread and there was very limited choice overall. Otherwise everything else was great

The breakfast was terrible, by 8 am, the hot meat was finished. The selection was limited and when the food was finished, we were told that it would not be replaced. The hotel was full but someone did not budget for enough food or substitute when some of the food was finished. The staff was excellent this was lack of management by Food & Beverage management team.
