Location was great. Unit didn't seem very thoroughly cleaned. Tv was broken but I found a way to eventually reset it and fix it. Furniture was dirty and the sofa looked disgusting with stains all over it. Decor is very dated.

Bathroom needs a new shower head: one that adjusts the water pressure as it was too hard and fast. Wifi is a joke. I kept getting dropped every couple of minutes. IT was easier to use a personal hotspot as it was way more reliable. Otherwise the place was clean and worked out great for my needs. Communication was all email/ texts but that worked out well too.

Great property. Good size condo. Dining all around to go to. Target right around the corner. Not many places to "shop", but a short ride. Only issue I had was my condo had a strange smell. They told me they would be addressing it though.

Kasa South Loop takes some pride in its stafflesbs service. I did not care for it. I don't want to text to get questions answered or be told to go around the building because I did not have a key fob, the use of which was never well detailed for me. This is a service industry, staff to offer service.

Easy parking and it was easy to self serve. There was free lattes coffee and an area where you could print stuff for free. You can barbecue if you choose. Very clean and people that we met were nice.

I stayed at this Kasa to attend a conference at the Hilton. It is 0.5 mi away from the hotel, but it seemed closer. It was quick and easy to walk back and forth. The neighborhood is nice, there are people walking dogs, families, etc. The apartment was exceptionally clean and has everything you need. There’s a full kitchen, keurig, and electric kettle. There’s also a nice gym. I stayed on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. I was a little disappointed because it didn’t have a balcony as advertised. There was a 1.5 ft ledge with a railing, but the sliding door could not be opened. The front staff of the building, even though they are not affiliated with Kasa, were very nice and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good for extended stay. Lovely view, but wished the windows were clean, given they are floor to ceiling. Entry is in the back of the building which feels weird, but being in an apartment building filled with residents has great energy.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Chicago with my husband, and our stay at Kasa apthotel was a big part of our enjoyment. We had beautiful corner 2-bedroom unit, and the view from the ceiling-to floor windows was really breathtaking! You could see even yachts on the Big Michigan lake 😊. We love everything about our stay at Kasa. Customer service was very quick in response, check-in/check-out was so convenient and easy, the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. It was clean, spacious and with fully equipped kitchen. Though, you don’t even need a kitchen with many great food places in short walkable distance (amazing coffee at the PressChicago, very good Japanese restaurant Umai just across the street, several hand-made pizza places, and so on). The location is just great: walkable distance to rivershore, Field Museum, Art Institute, the oldest Jazz Showcase club etc.). We feel safe walking around in the evening hours. Also, it was a covered parking adjacent to the building for the very reasonable rate. In summary - thank you, Kasa, for making our stay in Chicago even more enjoyable!
