Hyatt needs to invest in this and charge more for a stay because the clientele they are attracting at this price point is like a Holiday Inn. People running the halls at 2 am, chaos at the pool, no housekeeping unless you call (even when you requested daily service in your online check in). The fact that you need to haul to the boring lot in the freezing cold is a downside as well - and people just pull up and block the drive anyway for however long they want. Staff here deserve better because they are all friendly and helpful as can be. I thought it would be like the McDs lodge of old, not a Great Wolf lodge minus the slides….

I recently stayed at Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and offered all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. One highlight was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Our stay was fine. The property is lovely but the parking is atrocious! We arrived around 10pm, in a torrential rainstorm, and the only parking option was FAR FROM THE ENTRANCE! There was no valet service offered and the door that is close to the lot was locked so by the time we arrived back to the main entrance, we were beyond drenched.

Dated hotel that is LARGE! Expect to walk a LONG way to get to your room. Parking is off site as well. There is a periodic shuttle. Did have to eat breakfast there since it wasn't easy for in /out privileges. Ok and typically high priced for a hotel restaurant.
