Traveling Is Our Therapy!

What an amazing experience! First time visit to Chicago. Location is excellent. Walking distance to many great restaurants and lounges. Uber is super fast and convenient. Breakfast is awesome! We met two amazing people, Javier and Fannie. They took very great care of us and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel!

Friendly staff at front desk and for the complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to everything, mostly walkable. Only issue was fire department right across street had sirens every so often.

A great location, and the staff is helpful. However it is right across the street from a fire station, and even on the 17th floor the sirens woke me up every night of our stay. The lobby windows are sound proof, but not the rooms.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It is a noisy area with a fire station right across the street. The room was comfortable enough, but showed signs of wear (the desk chair was all cracked, the carpeting had a bare spot, etc.) The breakfast was ok—but only 2 hot items—sugared waffles and sausage patties. Overall, it was a good stay for a quick overnight family trip.

The hotel was exceptionally located in the centre of Downtown Chicago which made walking to attractions very easy. The are a ton of restaurants close by and the area seemed safe.
