This is a large hotel that has plenty of workers to help and keep the place lovely and pleasant. They also run a free snack/cocktail hour(hours) and breakfast that was well staffed for the large amount of people that go through there. We will definitely come back.

I love the spacious suite/room. Check in and check out was quick. The evening manager reception where they offered 2 drinks was a nice touch. One of the best free/included breakfasts offered by a hotel. Nice location. The only problem we encountered was that the loading/unloading parking spots in front of the hotel were occupied for at least 40 minutes (that’s how long it took for us to be able to park anywhere remotely close to the hotel to load up our bags, strollers, car seats, etc as we were traveling with a baby and a toddler; the loading area was still occupied by someone who parked there for 40 minutes, yes PARKED). Unfortunately, management didn’t care to help with the situation and told us that we had to be the ones to call the police about it. I mean, it is their (hotel’s) establishment, and we were hotel guests, but the loading and unloading zone issue was our problem apparently. Other than that, we had no other issues with this hotel. Just be advised that you could be delayed by the same issue we faced.

Very poor service checking in. There was some kind of issue with their pc/ systems so they could not process payments but they could check people in and duplicate rooms keys. I paid for room online so all I needed was a key to get into a room so I could dress for Xmas party on Michigan Ave. Long story short, they said they couldn’t provide me with a room due to them not being able to process payment. Explained I needed to change for Xmas party for work in Michigan ave and needed to get dressed and cleaned up. Ended up making me and others wait 2.5hrs and ruin peoples days when they could’ve accommodated still

This was a beautiful place to stay with easy access to everything. However there was only 1 luggage cart and my room was on the 8th floor. When asked about the availability of more luggage carts the attendant at the front desk was rude and not helpful. I had to locate the 1 luggage cart from another guest. Also, there were no sheets for the pullout sofa bed and it took 3 calls to the front desk to get them delivered. The next day, I required more sheets, washcloths and towels but they were not delivered so I had to find a cleaning cart in the hallway and helped myself. I was there 5 days and I had to do this 3 out of the 5 days. The front desk would not respond to any requests when contacted.

Great location
Great location close to metro and easy to get around from. The room wasn’t as clean as it could be plus it was difficult to regulate the air. But the breakfast is really good, especially the made-to-order omelettes.

Loved our room and the accommodations. Only issue we had was asking three times for the light bulb to be changed in the bathroom. Still wasn’t fixed by the time we left after being told multiple times someone was coming to fix it. Just made for some cold showers.
