Near lots of stuff like gas stations, major grocery stores, dining (cheap to expensive options) and a japanese market that has a food court, hair salon, book and hobby store, bakery, and more. Plenty of parking space as well.

Arrived late in evening for a quick stop before picking up daughter from college in Chicago. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. A bit dated appearance but overall a great hotel and would use again.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Workout room looked well equipped (although didn't get a chance to use it). Excellent location with easy access to expressway. It was nice to be able to go for a walk in the area (there are sidewalks). Beds were fantastic. We'll be staying here again the next time we're in the area

Reasonable Hotel - Strange staffing levels
Generally a reasonably good hotel. I was here for conference. A few strange areas. At check in, they tried to take a deposit of $750 instead of $200 until I spotted it. I still haven't received an emailed invoice. I see they have charged me £3.18 for no apparent reason as I didn't take any water in room and paid all bills as I went! One side of my room lost power one day (but fixed pretty quickly), door handle kept coming loose, but room OK. Asked for a late checkout, which was granted, but rescinded on the day. Also had to have an airport shuttle 2 hours eariler than liked. The restaurant menu is rather limited and not particualry vegetarian friendly. Now the staffing issue. They have a bar/restaurant. The bar staff do an excellent job, they are friendly, efficient and work really hard. I don't understand why you have two bar staff Monday-Wednesday and then Thurs-Sat (when the conference is on and things are really busy) you reduce the bar staff to a single person! It was generally taking 20 minutes to get served! We asked whether a member of staff was sick on those nights and was told that it was a management decision to only have one member of staff - Stupid management! People were going across the road to Dennys to eat and drink because it was quicker! You would have easily paid for the second member of bar staff with the increased sales.
