This was a nice hotel in a walkable area of downtown Chicago. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful in holding our bags when we arrived early before check in as well as for a bit after check out. The lower rating is for housekeeping. We followed instructions to request housekeeping but were told we were not on the list for the day but they would try to add us. We did not get any housekeeping. We then called for additional towels (since ours were in a clump on the floor anticipating housekeeping service) and after a 30 minute wait had to go downstairs to request them. We eventually received them, but the housekeeping procedures leave something to be desired.

This is a great affordable hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago. The room I booked was very cozy, clean, and well organized, and had a nice desk with lots of work space. On my floor there was a complementary chilled and filtered water station with reusable bottles - very convenient and much appreciated! The lighting in the hallways is a comfortable level, not overly bright as many hotels are. As for the location, you can't really ask for a better spot if you want quick and easy access to different parts of Chicago. There are several train stations within a mile of the hotel, including Clark/Lake which has stops for most lines on the L rail system. Also, the Willis Tower is less than half a mile away if you're wanting to see it during your stay. Overall, the Central Loop Hotel is an excellent, reasonably priced option for anyone who wants to stay in the center of the city without spending a fortune.

I like the Hotel and the área around. The most principal atractions of Chicago are around the Hotel. Só, we could reach all of them walking.

I recently stayed at club quarters hotel , and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. The bathroom in my room was in terrible condition-the ventilation system was not working, which left the room constantly humid and uncomfortable. Despite reporting this issue to the staff, no action was taken to fix it or change my room (713) , as promised. The lack of proper ventilation made it difficult to relax, and I even felt unwell due to the stuffy atmosphere. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and responsiveness. I would not recommend staying here until they fix these basic issues.

The service was fine and the hotel was overall fine; I say this because the room I stayed in needed some tlc, especially the bathroom, and it wasn’t dust-free in obvious ways. Also the A/C controller was not reliable.

Comfortable and convenient. The only issue was with elevators. Not all elevators service all floors. A couple handled 2,4,5 and a couple handled 1,3, 4, 5. A bit confusing.
