I will be wanting a compensation as the property does not look like what is it on the reservation website. Its totally different from pictures in expedia. The property is very shady and room are very clamsy.

Bed was half way broke. Didn’t really feel like I got my monies worth being that I pretty much spent 100 a night. Also my kids were not able to swim because some problem they said that was going on. This was literally just an okay stay.

The place was a little weird. The staff was rude. And for a family of 5 we were put in a room that did not accommodate all of us. Even when I told the front desk that there are 5 of us and all he said was okay and gave me an extra blanket. Their parking lot manager or whatever he was hounded us as soon as we entered and forcing me out of the car to check in before my husband was allowed to park the car and he seemed to harass us about card keys when we tried to check out. I had told him I still haven’t checked out and that didn’t matter to him. I won’t be coming back here that’s for sure.

The staff was nice. Overall, decent quality and cleanliness for price. Hot water in the shower wasn’t great but not that big of a deal. Walkability to restaurants, parks, etc was very convenient.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean, somewhat noisy due to proximity to road, and general Chicago noise. Breakfast area was supposed to be open by 7:00 am, but was at least 15 minutes late. We opted to walk across to McDonalds.

Nicely updated for the price! Hotel is a bit of a strange layout but once we figured it out it was fine…certain elevators are to get to certain areas. When we arrive elevator we needed was not working but they were trying to fix it.
