Staff was excellent - particularly Jacob, who helped with room requests, including a change from a handicapped-equipped room to a more standard room after the 1st night. The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and personable. We had one issue - the late night front door auto option didn't work Friday night, but was repaired for all of the following nights. (Wasn't a huge issue , as we were able to get a front desk person's attention to let us in, in less than 2 minutes.)
