Close to airport which made it noisy. I took earplugs so not a problem. Reception staff were excellent. Spoilt by the attitude of the porter, who carried 1 backpack to our When we said we had no change but would tip him the next day. He told us he would get change for us from our 500rupee as he finished work at 6am. It was after midnight we had just come off a flight. Without thinking we let him change the money. He brought back no small notes. Then went on to say we should give him 100 rupee. We have never known this happen in the 100's hotels we have stayed in. Please be aware.

Good for short transit, breakfast was delicious, WiFi still old style by providing coupons and the coupon was not working. Convenient for flight transfers.

The night front desk guy let us check in early as we arrived super early due to flight time. We paid for it but it was worth it. I urge this website to include the breakfast option in the rate as there was some misunderstanding on my part. Sorry about that. I suggest the people working at the hotel to at least fake a smile. Some sour pusses working there. It’s an old property. You get what you pay for and it was worth it! Mostly Indian guests it seems.

Reservation ruined - Don't believe them
This february i travelled to chennai and booked this hotel through expedia. Due to technical difficulties my connecting Flight got delayed. So i landed in chennai around 12 Mid night. I booked this hotel and paid in full - When i reach the hotel they said there is no room, since i am late they allotted the room to someone else. Myself, Wife and Kid didn't get a room what we reserved before a Month. My next flight was in the Morning (I hardly had 6 hours to take some rest before another long travel) Later i am end up with staying in a different hotel. Do not believe these guys.. They are asking why don't you called? Seriously? in the middle of nowhere how will you call? Don't they even have sense? It was a terrible experience.
