The Claremont Cottage

The Claremont House was built in 1958 and today stands totally and beautifully renovated.
The home is fully furnished, nestled in a quiet comfortable neighborhood, only 13 minutes to the charming downtown area, the beautiful Tennessee River, the majestic Lookout Mountain and plenty of shops, eateries, sports and activities.
This guesthouse is located in a suburban area, and by renting, you agree to no loud music / parties and to observe community quiet hours after 10pm.
Fireworks are not allowed on the property at any time. Plenty of parking on site- no parking on the street.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Chattanooga Zoo. Enjoy features like a hot tub and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms in the vacation home.

Quiet and cozy

Claremont house was a beautiful home with charm and character. It was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Lauren checked up on us via text throughout our stay to be sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend this quiet and very safe neighborhood for a place to relax at the end of a busy day. Claremont house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Lauren was a pleasure to talk to and responded to all questions promptly. We’ll definitely stay again when in the area.
