Nice place!!
Was in town with my wife for a half marathon. I stayed here 3 years ago for the same race. Nice place and good price. Close to pretty much everything ( food, restaurants, shopping, etc.). I would stay here again if I make it back to the area.

I felt it was overpriced for the condition and general appearance. A lot of small items from door latch to handrails to trim etc. need maintenance. The staff was nice and professional. Very limited parking - not great if you have anything bigger than a small car.
