Nice, clean hotel but they need to work on some type of soft close on room doors. We heard lots of door slamming sporadically thru the night, I don’t believe it’s intentional it’s just the doors do not close quietly. Good location, walkable area.

TV did not work and the room was consistently too hot. There was no way to control the room temp. My biggest complaint is that I have never had an establishment try to “call me out” for using Expedia. Doesn’t everyone like to save money?

Fun location

Great location for a concert at the Signal. Easy walk to restaurants and the venue. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very comfortable. Very unique place to stay in downtown Chattanooga
