This Signature flat, with its cathedral ceiling living room decorated with old wood, can comfortably accommodate 10 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, its 4 bathrooms and its large living room with a total surface area of 167m².

The living room has a warm, alpine feel with a beautiful fireplace, and is bright and airy thanks to the large picture windows opening onto the large terrace and its lovely views over the village and surrounding mountains. You're sure to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this exceptional property!

Completed in 2017 and built using the finest materials from our region, the luxury Mont-Royal residence combines modern comforts with Savoyard tradition to blend in perfectly with the resort's architectural and tourist landscape.

The building, which looks like a large Alpine chalet, is located around 350 metres from the village centre, just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants. The nearest ski lifts are around 700 metres away. You can choose between the Super-Châtel cable car in the centre or the Vonnes chairlift up the road to Switzerland. The stop for the free shuttle bus is at the bottom of the residence.

Close to Lac de Vonnes, you can enjoy family outings around the frozen lake in winter and its enchanting scenery. In summer, the residence offers magnificent views over the lush green valley, and there are just as many activities nearby.
