We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and hospitable. The food was great with alot to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable. The resort was clean and beautiful with amazing views. There was always a good atmosphere at night at the bar to listen to music and hang out. Overall it was a joy to stay there and we will be back to stay again!

Staff was lovely… very nice people I love every single one of the staff made me felt welcome and appreciated… me buying bottle of water for an all inclusive hotel makes no sense, not even purchasing The liquor bother me but buying water makes no sense. Over all the hotel was clean an nice… food was wonderful also.

The property is well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily. Beautiful view of the capital from the roof top. Loved the local food options. There are no elevators, so prepare for the short walks.

I’d just like to say I had a great two in a half days at Bel Jou! I celebrated my birthday there with family and friends and we all wished we had stayed longer. From the moment we got there, we were greeted with such care and enthusiasm. The staff was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable even when it seemed that we called (mostly bothered them lol) on their expertise a lot. The pool, food, staff and activities were all great! I am already ready to book again and have recommended to friends as well.

Wonderful! What a joy it was to stay here. The Staff was very nice. The food and drinks were great. Shout out to "Brandon" who entered over backwards helping us with drinks, food, luggage; he was very nice. The pools were also very relaxing. The staff was amazingly supportive, caring, any issue solved asap. I was skeptical at first starting at a non public like hotel but it outshined the big wigs. Will make it a yearly or twice a yr vacation.

IF you stay at this hotel, DO NOT WALK OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AT NIGHT, wasn't given pre-warning of this, 10-15 mins of walking from the hotel me and my partner were ROBBED AT KNIFE POINT by a group of boys. Duty of care by the General Manager was poor AF, I was not going to report the incident due to the nature of where we were, but he advised it would be good, so I agreed. Was robbed on Monday night, GM spoked to me on tues morning, saying he would give me a form to fill, 24hrs passed nothing, saw him dancing with guests 2 NIGHTS in a row, still no form, he came up to me thurs evening the day before I leave and asked if I had the form, (I was thinking, did you give me any form like you said you would) I've now checked out and no form to be seen. I don't have a problem with the robbery as such, it is what it is. But don't dare act like you care, which is what pissed me off the most, you shouldn't have even come up to me. Me and my partner have different flights, so I check out before them, so I go to settle the bill and ask the desk if there is anything else I need to pay for, baring in mind we have both been robbed 2 bank cards have gone and my DL, so I didn't want there to be any issues, she said nothing left to pay. I leave the hotel and arrive in Antigua and my partner messages me staying there's an outstanding bill of $48, and they can't access their bank account at this point due to us blocking accounts. IM SO OVER HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS HOTEL IS, WILL NOT BE RETURNING

It was a nice stay but the shuttle doesn’t take you everywhere. It’s very expensive to take private taxi around the island.
