We had a great stay at this hotel. My son enjoyed the multiple swimming pools. The hotel is close to everything in Bocagrande and only a 10 minute drive from the walled city. Wished the kids club had been open at the time of our stay but was closed due to renovations. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was more than 5 stars in their level of service and hospitality.

The views are great, lobby is on the 12th floor rooms go up from there. Nice gym facility, 2 pools, full serve bar and restaurants outside or in. Staff could not have been more accommodating

Awesome pool - rest ok
It's all about the pool for this one. And the pools are awesome. The rest of the hotel is a bit more average. THe club lounge is curRently being renovated and the interim room has a real canteen feeling about it. Breakfast buffet has a large choice, but waiting times for eggs was more than 30 minutes and buffet item refills for e.g. bread or butter were ignored. Rooms were nice but its not possible to turn the AC below 23°C. So overall, its just the small things that make it more like a 3-4 star experience than a 5 star.
