LARIUS APARTMENT is a flat that will welcome you with simplicity and taste. It is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant building. You are welcomed by a bright open space kitchen and living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The ante-bathroom divides the sleeping area and houses the washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware and a comfortable shower. Finally, a bright bedroom with a French window overlooking the lake and overlooking the small balcony that runs along the flat.
The flat, suitable for up to 3 people, offers Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning, and a private covered parking space.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING
LARIUS APARTMENT is easily accessible by car, as it has a private, covered parking space below the flat. LARIUS APARTMENT is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs or lift. There is also a pedestrian entrance from which, without steps, you can directly reach the lift to the flat.

CARATE URIO & SURROUNDINGS
Carate Urio is a picturesque municipality located on the western shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, known for its charming lake landscape and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with numerous hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. It is well-connected thanks to public transport, such as boats that navigate the lake and buses on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns. The most beautiful restaurants in the area are easily reached by car. There is a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the flat. There is a grocery shop and butcher's shop in Carate Urio, which is not within walking distance from the flat, but there are no super markets. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the flat.

GETTING AROUND
Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
The bus stop is located opposite the flat, while the boat stop is 1.5 km away.
We recommend the use of a car, as the flat has its own parking space.
Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all locations are about an hour's drive away.

We loved the apartment close enough to everything there is to see on Lake Como, but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view was priceless!! We stayed here in September 2023, it is a lovely apartment, spacious lounge/ kitchen good size bedroom, and the bathroom is fine, loads of hot water for showers The view from the apartment is amazing looking over lake Como, there is a restaurant directly opposite the apartment You do need a car, and nerves of steel, at some points the road is very narrow, 2 cars do get past each other with a bit of space Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment and the owners

LOVE Lake Como

Location was perfect, and the view incredible. Very comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful and responded to our needs right away. We appreciated the solitude! No noisy neighbors, and traffic was non-existent at night.

Gorgeous modern apartment with an exceptional view

I cannot tell you enough how beautiful the view is. The pictures are honest, this apartment has a phenomenal balcony with a view of Lake Como that is literally just across the street. The building is very quiet and has secure parking, and a relaxing solarium. The hosts are communicative and provide plenty of information to help you navigate the area including restaurants, markets, beaches, points of interest, etc. They also provided some snacks and water to welcome us. Carate Urio is a charming quiet town that is so peaceful. We enjoyed it and the nearby Laglio immensely, especially after a day exploring busier Bellagio. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. My very tall husband said the bed was very comfortable, better than most places we've stayed in the States. This is so important! I could not believe the view and loved every minute of our stay. The air conditioning is great if you've gotten overheated in your adventures and you can rent a Vespa in nearby Laglio which we were excited to do! Thanks again for making my return to Italy after so many years ( and my husband's first trip to Italy) a wonderful experience! Grazie per tutto! Laura

Super toller Urlaub

Wir waren 1Woche in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Sowohl mit der Wohnung und deren Ausstattung, sowie mit Target Rent. Besonders die Kommunikation mit Veronica war toll! Sie war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und bemüht einem zu helfen bei aufkommenden Fragen. Wir haben es genossen draußen zu essen. Der Balkon ist zwar sehr klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz

Wir haben im Mai schöne Tage in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die Wohnung verfügt über Heizung und Klimaanlage, das Boxspringbett bot eine gute Schlafqualität. Ein Highlight ist die traumhafte Lage des Hauses direkt am Comer See mit uneingeschränktem Blick vom Balkon. Hilfreiche Informationen über die Wohnung, die Umgebung, Restaurants und mögliche Aktivitäten wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine empfehlenswerte Osteria. Nicht zuletzt ist auch der eigene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ein wichtiger Aspekt, da öffentliche Parkplätze nicht leicht zu finden sind. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin Veronica, die sich auf Anfragen immer umgehend gemeldet hat. Neben den ausführlichen Informationen über das Einchecken, Parken und die Abreise hat sie auch von sich aus nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war immer sehr angenehm.

Schöner Wohnen am Lago di Como

Es war schön auf dem Balkon zu Frühstücken mit Blick auf dem See. Von Veronica ,eine sehr nette Gastgeberin haben wir alle wichtige Informationen von check in bis zu unsere Abreise bekommen.
