We stayed at Fairmont Marriot one night en route to a bigger resort near playa del Carmen. This place was perfect, as it was close to the airport and there is a free shuttle service to the hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast was complimentary and free and was delicious. The restaurant has decent food and a bit on the higher end price wise. Thr pool was nice as well!

A nice short night
A very nice short stay before catching an early flight out of Cancun airport. The room incl. bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We did not have time to use the pool or jacuzzi, however. Check-in and cjeck-out were a breeze and we enjoyed the free shuttle to.the airport. Having to call the shuttle to the hotel upon arrival at the airport can be a challenge f international guests.

Hotel is very nice. Tour operators do pick ups from there and the hotel itself is very clean. The free breakfast is good and the rooms are fantastic. The bathroom especially is very clean. I also appreciate the free airport shuttles

Was nice. Cleaning standards are questionable since we found blood on one of the sheets and a half eaten burger in the microwave. Other than that, the place looks nice and comfortable
