Nice new hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, huge breakfast selection included with room. Free to/from airport shuttle took 35 mins for pick up from the airport when promised 5-10 over the phone. I did online express check-in ahead of time as we were arriving late at night, which proved useless as it took at least 10 mins to “check in” at the front desk (with no line ups) with the help of a supervisor. We were charged the $100 refundable deposit twice, waiting for it to be returned.

We did get in late so it didn’t matter that the pool and hot tub were not working. The next day, they also had a sign saying there would be no hot water after 10am. There was a water tank issue. So this review is very situational. Staying there again on our way out of Calgary and will rate it again

I stayed here twice in one week to be close to the airport and both were flawless experiences. Everyone is polite and professional, shuttle right on time, and room was clean with a huge bathroom.

Super close to the aiport and had a good breakfast. Only think i would say is that my room had a huge stain on the wall and was still sticky, and the breakfast area needs a second pancake makers as people were in a long line for over 20 minutes waiting their turn.
