The Club Access had amazing food and a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Loved the vegan and dairy-free food options. The Suite Room was perfect for a work weekend. Plenty of space to work during the day with a separate bedroom area to relax in the evening without having to put all my work away each night.

Absolutely fantastic hotel
We just stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend & we attended a Flames game and the Bruce Springsteen concert. The hotel was amazing ~ we had a great room with a very comfy bed. We loved the purified water for drinking. We also were given an early check in which was so nice after flying in very early in the morning. In addition, we ate two meals at the restaurant in the hotel and the food, service and prices were fantastic. The hotels proximity to the Saddledome made attending events so easy, and the hotel staff were so pleasant and kind anytime we had a question. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and we will be returning guests :)

Good location but poor service from hotel requested high floor room and got allocated a room on 4th floor out of 21 floors. Booked bed and breakfast prepaid then told on arrival had a price cap for the breakfast so ended up rationed

Arrived during what turned out to be false fire alarm. Entered hotel and business was going in as usual for checkins. Two fire engines pulled up and blocked exit. Employee went outside yelling at people including my husband to get out of the driveway without checking behind vehicles. Had he not checked, the employees wanted him to backup while someone was sitting right behind the vehicle. Staff panicked for a false alarm as fire engines left within minutes. Training on how to deal with emergency situations and communicate with customers in these circumstances as well as managing the ext. parking lot (if they’re going to try and manage traffic control) would be wise.
