The customer service was outstanding every single staff member. There was no language barriers with staff, breakfast was great and late check out available. There is security there that helps if you are lost there are two hotels attached and underground parking that is safe and secure The maintenance man even offered to help us with our bags. The beds are so comfortable and I had no allergies, probably because the floor in the room was a laminate not a carpet. I will definitely be back.

Really nice hotel in an interesting, spacious, wide-open redeveloped urban area. Very walkable and close to transit. Feels very “old Calgary”, altho the area does house a few unsavoury characters. Take the 300 bus from airport, $3.70. Bell Music Museum 5 min walk.
