room cleanliness was good, the hallways and other general acces areas not so much. There was a large beer glaas in the the hallway when we checked in and 2 1'2 days ltaer ion checkout it was still there. trhis hotel has interior brick balconies over looking common areas and there was litter and other objects on the ledge of this bricking, also a butter knife on one of these ledges which I put down on the carpeted floor just to see how long it would remain there, again still there after 2 1/2 days. anything knocked or falling from these interior brick balconies would hurt someone very seriously. while all the staff were very frindly and helpful when asked they seemed to have a lackadaisical attitude like 'well that's not my job' or nobody asked me to specificaly do that even as they walked right past an obvious thing that needed attention.

My wife and I were in Calgary for a conference and we stayed 3 nights. We really liked the layout of the hotel with the indoor courtyard feel. The pool and hot tub are very inviting and super clean. It got a bit loud for a bit when a football team of kids got in the pool but it was nice to see them just having some fun. The hotel is very family friendly but is also very quiet in the rooms. The staff was really friendly and very responsive to questions or requests. The breakfast was one of the best set ups I have seen with tons of options and plenty of tables. I we are back in Calgary anytime soon we will stay again. Plus it is walking distance (across the street) from the stadium.

Staff are extremely good and kind. Linda is right on top of everything and all the staff are extremely helpful even if I need help getting to my room after a surgery. Pool was nice temperature this time and hot tub was clean. Parking is safe. Highly recommend.

Pretty Good!
Nice Hotel with good breakfast. Don't stay on floor one as it can be pretty noisy near the restaurant and the elevator. I also stayed on level 3 and it was great. The pillows look great on the bed but they are too thick for comfortable sleeping.
