Best Service in the Peninsula
Despite the varying reviews, we landed at the Greco for a weekend getaway. I’m very glad we did as I’ve stayed many places in Búzios and this was by far the best service I’ve received anywhere in the peninsula. The location plucks you out of Brazil and into the Greek coast with every detail. The newly renovated pool side was an amazing way to unwind when we didn’t feel like leaving the premises. Our room was clean and well prepared to accommodate the whole family. I was surprised at the endless food options served at the continental breakfast in which everything was fresh. I will surely be returning sometime soon.

Vista maravilhosa para a praia brava, café da manhã I N C R Í V E L ! Muitas opções de frutas, pães, tortas, cheesecakes, tudo muito caprichado (poderia inicar o café as 7h.. e não só 8h, porque aglomera gente) Atendimento excelente, quarto confortável, um pouco afastado do centro de búzios, precisa de carro ou uber para chegar ao centro.

Vale muito a pena!
Eu fiquei apenas uma noite nesse hotel, mas reservei para os meus pais por 5 dias e segue a avaliação deles: O hotel tem um quarto excelente: confortável, de bom tamanho, com um banheiro muito bom. O café da manhã é perfeito, com tudo muito gostoso. O espaço do hotel é ótimo, com uma piscina e um jardim lindos. A arquitetura do hotel também é muito bonita. No entanto, não recomendamos para quem tem problemas de mobilidade, pois há muitas escadas e não vimos acesso para facilitar a locomoção. O hotel possui um estacionamento pequeno, então a maior parte dos carros fica na rua. Eles estacionam os carros na rua sem avisar os hóspedes. Próximo a praia o que facilita, caso você queira não precisa sair da região já que o hotel tem restaurante a noite.

Olá! O hotel é muito bom, o atendimento é ótimo, e o café da manhã também uma delícia. Mas vale alertar que é um HOTEL pet friendly então não adianta reclamar se alguém está com cachorro como uma hóspede reclamou comigo. E para quem tem Pet e deseja levar eu tive que pagar uma taxa de 50,00 por cachorro por dia, como fiquei uma noite foi ok. Outra coisa foi que o chuveiro só tinha água fria

Café da manhã bom, hotel com poucas vagas no estacionamento (um super ponto negativo) e ainda fomos cobrados por parar na rua pq não tinha vaga para todos hóspedes no hotel, melhorar um pouco algumas áreas de limpeza, perto da rua das pedras (porém muito deserto para ir andando)

A pior experiência de hospedagem: Greco Hotel!
O Greco Hotel é só fachada. Quando fechamos, olhando as fotos, ficamos encantados, chegando lá, o quarto e o banheiro têm mofo pelos cantos, o armário estava empoeirado, com umidade e prateleiras quebradas, o box encardido, janela quebrada, a água do chuveiro com ferrugem, a descarga ficou disparada, gente falando na porta do quarto. Na área da piscina, ficamos chocados com tamanha sujeira, até restos de fruta tinha na água. O acesso ao hotel é complicado, sem acessibilidade alguma, só por escadas, e subir com três malas e a nossa pet, foi bem difícil, não tivemos a ajuda de ninguém. E os problemas não param por aí, descemos para comer alguma coisa, o salão de refeições estava tomado por insetos, que caíam o tempo todo nas mesas, com isso, um funcionário borrifou um veneno, interrompendo assim a nossa refeição por conta do cheiro forte, isso sem contar o atendimento do garçom, rude, grosseiro, chegando a jogar na mesa o jogo-americano, os talheres. Fizemos contato com o gerente Leonardo, mas este nada resolveu, nem nos oferecer um outro quarto, talvez em melhores condições, para que pudéssemos ter uma noite mais tranquila. O hotel chega a ser insalubre, vende uma coisa e entrega outra. Sem estrutura alguma para o bem estar de seus hóspedes, incluindo os pets, que entram no hotel sem nem pedirem carteira de vacinação. A equipe sem preparo algum para ao menos amenizar qualquer situação ruim. Estamos nos sentindo lesados. Não se hospedem no Greco Hotel! Vejam as fotos! É furada!

Péssimo
Reservei o quarto loft no qual tinham apenas 2 no hotel. Chegando no hotel na hora do check-in, me informaram que o teto tinha desabado por causa da chuva no dia anterior, porém em nenhum momento fui informado antes da chegada no hotel. Entregaram o quarto as 18:30 hrs, porém com o cheiro de massa corrida em cima da cama o que foi impossível dormir, tendo que dormir 2 dias no sofá. No mesmo dia a noite, entrou uma cobra no quarto e por sorte estava acordado e vi, sendo que tinha uma criança de 5 meses no quarto. Fora isso, hotel não possuí nenhum rampa ou elevador. Horrível para quem tem criança e tiver que carregar peso, pois só tem escada. Para compensar todo esse transtorno, deram apenas um jantar como cortesia, o que não compensa todos os problemas que tive durante a estadia. Não volto jamais!
