Staff knows limited English, had to use Google translate. Checked in and asked where the washroom was, he said 8th floor. No washroom on that floor, went to the department store for the washroom. Took 2h 30min to use washer and dryer, not sure why the machines took so long. Shower was pulsating, needs maintenance. Closet was so dark had to use flashlight, safety deposit box doesn't work. Old and dated. Asked for taxi the next day, staff asked if we made reservation, we said no, he said we had to make it a week in advance which was strange. We asked where to take taxi at 5am, he said there are taxies along the street. He didn't even offered to call taxi for us and want us to wake up early and look for one in the morning, not sure if there would be any available. We went to the street to make sure. Flagged down a driver and asked if he could take us to the airport tomorrow morning, he said no. The next day at 3.30am, I went to the front desk to ask staff to call taxi for us, no one at desk from 3.30-4.30am. I found a staff doing laundry, he went to the front counter w/ me, he couldn't find staff and said there should be someone there. It was kind of him to go w/ me but he didn't even offer to call taxi. In the end we used Uber. Definitely don't recommend this hotel!
