This was a great stay. We were there two nights for a Buffalo Bills game and can’t say we had any complaints. The free breakfast was plentiful, the room was a good size, and the staff were very friendly. There was some loud kids there for a hockey tournament, but they weren’t loud in an unreasonable way for children (or at an unreasonable time) and had very polite parents. Nice to know things haven’t changed as I was that hockey kid once. Anyways, I would definitely stay again. Especially for the price.

There was body hair in the bathroom and in the tiled entrance of the room. The bathroom was in bad condition. Towels had brown stains on them. The manual heater was very dirty and off the base; the area where the controls are was filthy. The one positive is that they had a 24 hour airport shuttle.

Nice stay before early flight
The room was large and clean. It had all of the amenities you needed and was very quiet. The staff were all very nice. Shuttle service was prompt in the morning. I will stay again when in the area.

For the most part our stay was ok. The rooms were clean. The elevators were filthy. The HVAC unit in room 220 has cold air blowing in from outside. Had to cover with a bath towel to keep the cold air out.
