Great Location… but no A/C
The hotel location is fantastic, right in the center of the “Pest” side of town. The only complaint I have is that the hotel A/C was turned off, which meant you had to open the window… and it was still a little warm for sleeping. Don’t know why they wouldn’t turn it back on..?

This hotel should not be a 4*! The room stinks of cigarettes! The curtains, sofa , all have strong cigarettes smell. The carpet has brown pattern but it black from dirt.

the room carpets were dirty. room was so small, the shower door came out of railing every time we tried to close it for showering. we arrived past 3PM and the room was not ready for us and we had to wait after a long journey. we asked for another room up in higher level because of the noise but none was available. this room was not worth for the price I paid.

Good hotel, good service, good breakfast buffet. We recommend it!. Some fixtures on the room don’t work and the HVAC system is central. Do make sure you manage your expectations, beside those item. The Hotel is a great decision to explore and enjoy the city.

We liked the location of this boutique hotel. It’s awesome location makes it very easy to fine dining options and to visit most of the attractions as they are in walking distance. The hotel and room was very clean, room modernly decorated with comfy beds. Now what we disliked: the AC did not work properly, it looked like it was set to minimum 24.5C and there was extreme humidity in the room and the entire building. It was 34C outside so it was quite unpleasant. Our clothes became humid and the sheets felt humid as well. The room was shockingly small, you can barely walk in front of the bed. The shower drain was clogged and the shower will fill up with water. Another negative, the blackout curtains are too small for the large windows and the sun creeps in so you cannot sleep in.

The location is amazing and very walkable. The hotel is safe and well light. The only major downside was the box ac unit didn’t get cold during the very hot summer vacation. The coldest the room got was 24.5*C. If you are not going during summer, you will enjoy your stay there with the friendly staff and super convenient location.

Hot rooms and poor shower design
The rooms were incredibly hot. The air conditioner was set at a certain temperature and could not be lowered and was very uncomfortable. It was difficult taking a shower. The shower was very small, no shelf to hold the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. They had to be placed on the floor which made it impossible for my husband as he was unable to pick them up due to the small size of the shower and had to keep them in the sink, which meant opening and closing the shower door frequently. Also, even when the shower doors were shut tight, the water leaked out all over the floor of the bathroom. The only good part about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was decent.

We had an absolutely gorgeous room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for my sister and I. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not that great but the area as well worth it. Located in a fabulous area right beside the basilica and walking distance to everything.

The staff was amazing, always helpful and respectful. The hotel is perfectly located, quiet and clean. The A/C I believe needs to have maintenance take a look because it was not cooling very well. The carpet needs to be shampooed because it had some stains. The shower door was broken and the shower needs a dish to place the bar of soap. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to be centrally located in Budapest and get a good night sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and here's my detailed review: Accommodation: We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath Suite, which was spacious and perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety that satisfied both adults and kids. Housekeeping: The daily room cleaning service was efficient and thorough. Safety: We felt secure throughout our stay. The hotel maintained good safety protocols, which was reassuring, especially with kids. Family-Friendly: This hotel is excellent for families. The suite setup provided enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. Location: The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. It made exploring the area very convenient. Areas for Improvement: 1. Shower Drain: One inconvenience was the slow drain in the shower. If the water flow was too high, it pooled, requiring us to stand in water during showers. 2. Front Desk Service: While the staff at the front desk were helpful, a more friendly and knowledgeable person, especially about local attractions and activities, would enhance the guest experience. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive, primarily due to the comfortable accommodations, good breakfast, and excellent location.
