Numerous haunts of the hip and well-heeled are all only a stroll from your door. They include the new 17ha Newstead Riverpark, the Gasworks - known for its chic cafes and restaurants - the distinctive art nouveau facade of the Waterloo Hotel, James Street’s epicurean tree-lined boulevard, and The Emporium, with its delicious array of cafes, bars, and restaurants.

10-minute walk from Fortitude Valley, the city’s cultural melting pot, home to Chinatown, and one of Brisbane’s main focal points for eclectic nightlife, fine dining, cafes, bars and quirky boutiques.

With easy access to main arterial roads and regular bus, ferry and CityCat services on your doorstep, being well connected to the greater Brisbane region is a breeze.

Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over:

- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm

- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.

- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.

- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.

- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.

- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.

- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.

- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily available or under repair will be out of our control.

- All guests may be required to provide identification at any time before or during their stay.

Great for a short stay
Had an overnight stay and the apartment is well situated to walk to great restaurants, the river and Fortitude Valley Was pleasantly surprised to find it had 2 bathrooms as it wasn't quite clear on the property description. Good communication from host and she was quick to resolve confusion with check out time. Will stay again if needing a short break in the Newstead area.

We took a short break in Brisbane. This is an ideal location. Close to some very trend places . A very short walk from the Gas Works which has a number of real great restaurants , a Woolworths and wine merchant

Well located modern clean apartment however check in and location of unit within building difficult. Could have done with more amenity such as tea, long life milk, tissues, face washers etc. Broken blind in lounge.
