One night away
I came down for the night with my daughter for her 16th birthday with her best friend. We had a really good stay and were happy with the apartment. However, I was personally quite upset as I rang before and explained it was a special occasion and asked for the highest floor possible and was told you are on floor 41, got there and were on 23 and no netflix which apparently is only in 'some' rooms which I presume are the higher ones. It took the shine off the whole trip as I wanted my girl to feel super special and nada. I'd paid so then they just dropped our floor I guess.

I have no stayed there a few times , and every time they take money with no notice and a email saying why they have, I love oaks but I won’t be staying at this oaks hotel ever again

This was my second stay at Oaks Charlotte. I use the lap pool and that is clean and nice temperature. Love the rooms and location. Very happy with my stay.

All very good but with one shortcoming - the WiFi is very poor and sometimes unusable. I had to sit in reception to use it, but even there it cut out some of the time. This is probably only a problem for international visitors who cannot use mobile data. For Australians this property should be good.
