Looken nice but cleanliness needs a lot to be desi
Just a quick stop over. 9 hours. Toilet had a skid mark down the side so clearly hadnt been clean. Had to wash the coffee cups we used as the were ALL dirty. Same for the teaspoons. Cleaners need retraining

Property was well maintained. Staff were there even though we were late and didn't arrive until after 7 pm. Room was tidy. I called the day before we left about the free shuttle and was told that the shuttle only drops off in the morning. Ok because we have an early morning flight.. Then when we asked to book the shuttle when we arrived, there were no spaces. It costs $66 AUD more in taxi when it was advertised to be free. Not happy.

Convenient and Comfortable
This is a great place to stay if you are flying out early the next morning from Brisbane Airport. Located conveniently just off the M1, the Reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well appointed, clean and very quiet.

Very nice and welcoming receptionist. The place has paper thin walls between the rooms. Clean room, but the bathroom had some smell.

One of the better places ive stayed. Nothing was ever a drama. One very small issue i found, WC in room 205 is poorly set out. Looks the part, but if youre over 5' tall or you have both legs youve gotta sit "side saddle" when youre using the loo due to the counter top extending under the window. Again, apart from that all good.
