This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The rooms are generous with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and my favourite toiletries. The food is very good: breakfast has lots of hot and cold options with tea and coffee. If you want a latte or cappuccino then the small cafe in the foyer has them with an excellent selection of cakes and pastries. The only thing I would have changed was the toilet tissue in the room, a little thin for me and not as good as that in the public areas. Otherwise I can highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The room we had was very spacious extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was entertainment on Saturday night which was most enjoyable,overall we both had an amazing time.

Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Hotel is fine and very clean, if becoming a little tired. Mattress was comfy if a bit flat on one side. I'd go back in a pinch or for work. Food was great!

When we booked the property it was mainly because there was a pool, spa and sauna listed on the facilities. When we arrived, it’s actually simply a public leisure centre attached to the hotel which guests can use. There were over 50 kids having swimming lessons and it was unbearably noisy. Couldn’t use the facilities. The staff were nice but I definitely wouldn’t stay again
