This 2200 sq foot townhouse has everything you seek when you come to the mountains. Hop on the free shuttle bus, which picks up only steps from your door and takes you to the ski slopes in about 1 minute. Convenient enough to return home for a bite to eat, before heading back to the slopes for your afternoon adventure. This lovely home backs up to the Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve, a beautiful 188-acre open space preserve and borders the Breckenridge Nordic Center. You'll surely connect with nature and enjoy the sights and sounds relaxing on the private back patio while grilling up some steaks, or soaking in the new Bullfrog 6-person hot tub. Walk out the back door and you are on your way to hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing. You never know what animals will wander or fly by for your viewing enjoyment with this wildlife sanctuary right in your backyard. In the winter months, enjoy a cocktail during happy hour at the Breckenridge Nordic Center, just a short stroll away.

Beautiful Home/Location but HEAT DIDNT WORK
This property is beautiful, but the service from the property manager in dealing with the heat issue was terrible. When we got there, it was 60 and it stayed that way for nearly 24 hours until they brought in space heaters for us. I hate to have to give this review because I loved the home but we spent New Year’s Eve all cuddled up by the fireplace in order to stay warm.

My new husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon over the Thanksgiving week. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen. The Kuerig coffeemaker wasn’t working, so the property manager brought us a new one that day! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Breck property
We stayed at this property with our 14 and 12 year old sons in the summer. This rental was absolutely perfect! Location: The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, right next to the Nordic Center. The property backs to the forest. You can walk to Main Street in about 15 minutes from the property. Also, the Breck free ride bus stop is about half a block from the property. Very convenient. Amenities: The property is in excellent shape and has everything you need: All the typical kitchen appliances, including a coffee grinder (often not present in rentals). The couch in the family room is huge and very comfortable. The deck is a great spot to have morning coffee outside. Basic items such as salt, pepper, assorted spices, coffee filters, etc were all present in the kitchen (not always present in rentals). Bedrooms: The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The master bedroom is upstairs and the kids'/guest bedrooms are downstairs, so the kids have their own space. The master bathroom is probably the nicest that I have seen in a rental- very spacious and plenty of towels for the stay. Rest of the house: One car garage included. The hot tub on the lower level is easy to use. There is also a formal dining room, but we really didn't use it as we ate out mostly. Management company: Great communication. They checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive. Putting this property on our favorites!

Lovely, Quiet Summer Getaway
The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub as well as cooking and hanging out at the house when we weren't hiking. It is very convenient to town and lots of hikes. The logistics were smooth, so easy in and out. A great spot to gather with friends!

Great place for a getaway!
This property fit the bill for exploring Breckenridge both in it’s proximity to nature and the town. It’s so close to the bus stop but feels very secluded as it backs to the nature preserve. The property was comfortable and well equipped for a family. We would definitely stay again!

Our 1st time in a non ski in/out vacation rental in Breck and we loved it! Great townhome, extremely well stocked kitchen, cozy living room, nice and relaxing location, just a short walk to the bus stop, and the 2nd stop from peak 8. Great location. Convenient for shuttle to base & to town. Well equipped. Only downside is that all mattresses could use replacement: sunken areas & too soft. Hot tub was great. TV was great. Appreciated the grill. Maintenance was quick to respond & friendly.Liked having garage to use. Instructions were clear although a few could use updating like the color of the shuttle bus line said to use black or green line but it is the gold line. Thanks for a great stay!

3 of us really enjoyed the location and space while in Breck attending the 3 day Breck Women's Ski Camp! Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice garage space, and lots of bathrooms. Hot tub was wonderful each night after long days at adult ski camp. Nice to be such a short bus ride to peaks 8 & 7. Easy walk to bus stops to go up the mtn or down. Would definitely stay again!

Winter Getaway
What a great place to stay! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed. Hot tub was an extra bonus after a long day of skiing. We had one small problem with the basement heater, we called management and it was fixed within two hours. They brought over space heaters, but fixed it quickly so they were not needed. The shuttle runs right past the house to conveniently take you to peaks seven and eight. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect place for two families to enjoy a ski trip. The location was AMAZING for easy access to peak 8, grocery store and going into town. The split level was ideal for two families. We enjoyed the great hot tub with views of nature and the Nordic trails. We would definitely stay again!

Great layout for our family and well stocked with all essentials. Neat, clean and very comfortable! Younger adults used lower level bedrooms and loved having hottub close! Also appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom. The small wardrobe worked but would have preferred a real closet in the upstairs master. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Friends cation to Breck!
We had a fantastic time. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy to get to the lift (peak 7or 8) from the Nordic stop of the gold shuttle. The condo came with basic spices and kitchen necessities. It was very clean and we loved the location and amenities.
