Overall, the property was fairly nice. The bed was comfortable and the jetted tub was more than adequate. However, the property requires maintenance.

Great cabin, mostly quiet except for occasional muffler-less vehicles on a nearby road. The creek below the screened in porch was a delightful soundtrack for our mornings.

Best friends getaway spring 2023
We love the layout of the cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. This was our second time to stay in this cabin. A couple of issues that need to be addressed. We had a small problem with ants this stay. Also the guest bathroom hallway door would not close. we love the location and cabin and will be back.

From happy to disappointed
The room l was excellent in decor and location. However, we wanted to stay an extra night on October 27, we were told that cabin was booked for that evening. We asked if we could have another cabin and we were told that it would be at extra cleaning fee, so it would be way over $200 again. I do not think this was fair since we had already spent three nights there. Also, the cleanliness of the cabin was not up to par. There was mold, black, mold, in the master bathroom floor, and by the shower. It caused us concern while staying there, because we are educated on the exposure of black mold. I would not recommend, I just could not recommend staying at this property.

Great Place!
The cabin was nice and clean. We had a very late check in and we’re sent to the wrong cabin. Luckily there was no one staying there considering we were trying to open the door at 2am. A phone call solved the problem and we were directed to the right place.

From start to finish, the process could not have been any easier. The cabin was perfect. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The great: Location Friendliness of Staff Customer Service Cleanliness The not so great: Advertised tickets were not available. I was told that is only seasonal and the listing was incorrect. The listing is still showing the information. I would expect the listing to be updated if the goods/services are not available. The jets in the tub did not work, and the staff did find another cabin for us to move in to (hints the great customer service review), but it was still an inconvenience. The TV in the bedroom in the second cabin didn't work. This was more of an annoyance, but still was a detractor.

Our get away from it all week
It was a wonderful relaxing week. Perfect weather. Lots to do. Did not really enjoy the two sows we picked out but it was fine. Good shopping and dining. Everybody happy. Nice to have no mandates. Only thing that was not a plus was “no pets”. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Prayerfully we will come again.
