Location-great. Cleanness-needs some work , needs deep cleaning, stand fans very dusty. Bathrooms needed deep clean. Nice space for adults, 3 nice king beds. Nice TVs. If housekeeping does better job this would easily be all 5s on ratings.

We loved the sun room, the 3 beds and 3 baths and the sound of the pond. We also enjoyed being close to things but not in the middle of town. It was a great place to meet up with friends from another state!

Although this condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us to stay and spread out, along with 3 bathrooms, which was a plus and plenty of bed space, there were some negatives. First off, the Primary Bedroom needed to be dusted. The primary bathtub/shower was dated and disgusting. ALL of the towels throughout the condo were older and worn. I’m not sure why we were asked to start a load of towels when there was no detergent AND we had paid a cleaning fee. Not to mention that the list of check out rules was extremely lengthy. Lastly, it was unacceptable that there was not a working ice maker, especially for the price we paid. Check in time was late…check out was early. It’s standard to have a check in at 3pm and a check out at 11. You all can do better.

We enjoyed our trip, however, I would suggest, with all due respect, that whoever cleans the condo consider a good, thorough cleaning that includes vacuuming the filthy return air vents that are encrusted with a black coating. The floor and rugs are also very dirty - it turned our bare feet and socks black. We were glad we brought our own pillows because the pillowcases and bed spreads had oily stains on them. I would also suggest leaving more than 1 kitchen towel to dry things. The condo is a good size, a good location, and nicely furnished. It just needs a good cleaning.

Large, beautiful, comfortable condo in great Branson location! Wonderful home away from home!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Branson Table Rock condo. 3 spacious rooms, all king sized beds, large TVs in all rooms, and all bedrooms have their own bathrooms! We all had our own private space, but we also had a big living room/kitchen/dining/screened porch area where we could all hang out together. Decor was stylish and contemporary. I loved the high ceilings and juliette balcony. (Top floor unit!) The kitchen was very well appointed, with everything you need for a home away from home. The location was fantastic! 5-15 minute drive to almost anything you'd want to do in the Branson entertainment area. Very few negatives: the master shower could use an update, one of the bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan (although a stand fan was provided), and there were critters that you could hear on the roof in the very early morning hours. That being said, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and we would definitely stay here again!!!

It is really hard to find a 3 bed, 3 bath place to stay. This was perfect. I have adult children, everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. Perfect!! It was roomy, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

Nice and roomy. We believe there needs to be some deep cleaning done, especially the dust underneath the furniture. There is an open space in the soffit in the front of the building which is allowing animals to take up residency in the roof. The loft guests can hear them quite well in the nighttime.

Branson Wyndham Condos
Great stay, close to conference location. Clean, comfortable and roomy for our group of ladies. Not much water pressure in all the bathrooms but good hot water. A small table would be nice in the bathrooms to put items on such as glasses, hearing aids, cell phone, etc. The screened in porch was an added bonus and very relaxing, while listening to the waterfall. It would have been nice to have a larger skillet and pans to accomodate cooking for 7 people. The house is decorated nicely with neutral colors and my favorite color, yellow. We would stay again.

Condo was very nice. The master bathroom shower was a little dirty but the everything else was very nice. Would have been nice if mixing bowls would have been provided. I ended up using a popcorn bowl to mix together a casserole. But the beds we’re comfortable and the condo overall was very nice!!
