About this property

The entire place is HUGE! It's fully furnished with upscale furniture, granite counter-tops, appliances and fans in living area. GORGEOUS SUNRISE and SUNSET at the Terrace. YOU WILL LOVE THE OUTSTANDING, BREATHTAKING SEA AND POOL VIEWS.

We have plenty of room for everybody. The house sleeps 15 comfortably. Ideal for Team Building & Family outings. For dining, there is room to seat 20 inside and more outside on the terrace.

Fees
* To discourage guests from exceeding the limit of 15 Pax, we will collect a fee of ₱500 starting with the 16th guest. Despite the collection of fees, we would still not provide extra beds for the 16th to the 20th guest. It's up to these guests if they will bring their own sleeping bags. They can just squeeze themselves in together with the rest of the guests. Inform the host first before booking for price adjustments.

* Living Area has 2 standing AC available for use but is not inclusive of the booking package. If these are to be turned on, we do charge ₱1,600 per night.
* Charcoal for grilling ₱15/pack
