Hotel overall is nice just a bad location to get around. We were suppose to get cleaning service every other day but had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. We emptied out our own trash since the room didn’t get cleaned. Breakfast has horrible. Food wasn’t done. Out of everything (no sugar, pop, juices, etc). Also had to pay for parking???

Not as nice as some Marriotts I’ve stayed at, bathrooms need some attention. The remote to our tv was barely working, some buttons didn’t work at all. Overall, we felt like it was clean enough and safe enough for what we wanted on short notice during the Halloween season.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was as expected. Stayed 4 nights, Hot tub jets were broken during entire stay. Door to the pool was also broken so you had to have staff let you in.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. And the location was good - we came to visit Salem but hotels in Salem were very expensive - this was about 15 minutes outside of Salem. The property was clean but dated - could use an update. The front desk did recommend an nearby restaurant that was excellent.

Very Enjoyable. Hope to be back again!
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We spent the night to visit Salem and they let us know the best way to get there. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and BYO Breakfast bar! Room was spacious enough for the 5 of us, clean and cozy.

It was a great room, very clean. The staff were above and beyond helpful and it was greatly appreciated. My only concern was we were told the room was cleaned every other day but ours was not cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. But due to the outstanding service it was really a non issue

The breakfast was fine, service okay but the room sub par. Very low, lumby and broken beds. No linens or pillows for the trundle. Overall very disappointing.
